Poor service - we asked Zane to book our goods on a flight strictly for Thursday as we had time restraints and deadlines to meet. We booked express shipping specifically so we could meet these deadlines. She booked the flight for Friday instead and did not tell us. By the time I found out the flight was booked for Friday the shipment was already at the airport. We cancelled the booking as we didn't want to pay exorbitant prices to not get the shipment in time. She is now charging us for cancellation fees due to her own mix up and our goods are now in limbo. She refuses to take any responsibility for her wrong doing and now I have to pay out of the nose for her stuff up. Do not do business with this freight company
